Working at BEUTTER
Precision requires
People like you.
For over 115 years, we have been manufacturing precision components in Rosenfeld upon which the medical technology, aerospace and semiconductor industries worldwide rely. What drives us? A team of around 160 people who share skill, reliability and a passion for detail.
Who we are
A precision specialist with world-class aspirations.
BEUTTER We are not an anonymous corporation – we are part of a regionally rooted family office with short paths, open doors, and a culture where every contribution counts. At our company, we work with people who love their craft: on modern CNC machines, in the air-conditioned office, Metrology laboratory in project management, and in administration.
We are growing steadily, investing in state-of-the-art technology and in the people who operate it. Because we know that precision is not created by machines alone, but by the skill and dedication of our team. That is why we give you the space to develop, both professionally and personally.
