Biscuits
Our websites use so-called „cookies“. Cookies are small data packages that do not cause any damage to your device. They are either temporarily stored on your device for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are deleted automatically after the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or an automatic deletion is performed by your web browser.
Cookies can be generated by us (first-party cookies) or by third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services from third-party companies within websites (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g., the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies can be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are necessary for the implementation of the electronic communication process, for the provision of certain functions that you wish to use (e.g., for the shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g., cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent has been requested for the storage of cookies and similar recognition technologies, the processing will take place solely on the basis of this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG); the consent can be revoked at any time.
You can set your browser to be informed about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and to automatically delete the cookies when you close the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
If further cookies and services are used on this website, you can find out more about this in this privacy policy.
Consent with compliance
Our website uses Complianz consent technology to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your device or to the use of specific technologies, and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner. The provider of this technology is Complianz B.V., Kalmarweg 14-5, 9723 JG Groningen, Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as „Complianz“).
You can change or revoke your consent at any time by clicking the „Manage consent“ button at the bottom right of any page on this website.
Complianz is hosted on our servers, so no connection is established to the servers of the provider of Complianz. Complianz stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to associate the consents you have given or their revocation. The data collected in this way is stored until you ask us to delete it, delete the Complianz cookie yourself or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Complianz is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

The provider of the sites automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:

used operating system

No merging of this data with other data sources will be carried out.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, server log files must be collected.
Contact form
If you submit inquiries to us via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided that your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively processing the requests submitted to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), provided that it has been requested; the consent is revocable at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been completed). Compulsory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Uploaded files (e.g. technical drawings)
Our contact form gives you the opportunity to upload files such as technical drawings or specifications. We process the files submitted by you and the information contained therein exclusively for the purpose of processing your enquiry and preparing any potential quotation. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) as well as your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The files are only passed on to the internal departments dealing with the processing and are deleted once the purpose ceases to apply or at your request, provided there are no statutory retention periods to the contrary.
Request by email, phone or fax
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, your request, including all personal data derived from it (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not disclose this data without your consent.

The data you send to us via contact requests remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Compulsory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

OpenStreetMap
We use the map service provided by OpenStreetMap (OSM).
We store the map data from OpenStreetMap on the server of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is considered a third country that is more data protection-compliant. This means that the United Kingdom has a data protection level that corresponds to the data protection level in the European Union. This may include the transmission of your IP address and other information about your behavior on this website to the OSMF. 8. Own services
Handling applicant data
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by email, post or via the online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of the personal data collected as part of the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other legal regulations, and that your data will be treated strictly confidentially.
Scope and purpose of data collection
If you submit an application to us, we process the personal data related to it (e.g., contact and communication data, application documents, notes during job interviews, etc.), insofar as this is necessary for deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG under German law (initiating an employment relationship), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (general contract initiation), and – if you have given your consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your consent is revocable at any time. Your personal data will only be shared within our Unternehmencompany with persons involved in processing your application.
Online application form and uploaded documents
You can use our application form to upload application documents (e.g. cover letter, CV, references) as a file. We process the transmitted documents and information exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process. Transmission is encrypted. The uploaded documents will only be made accessible to the departments involved in the application process (HR department and the respective specialist department).
If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems based on § 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.
As part of the application process, we may also conduct an internet search of your personal information. This includes primarily Google searches, LinkedIn and Xing. The legal basis for this type of processing is our legitimate interest in obtaining an overall impression of publicly accessible information about you in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data retention period
If we are unable to offer you a position, refuse to accept an offer of employment, or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to store the data you have provided with us for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application), based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). After that, the data will be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The storage serves, in particular, as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is apparent that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g., due to a pending or ongoing legal dispute), the deletion will only take place when the purpose for further storage no longer applies.
Longer storage may also take place if you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations preclude deletion.
Admission to the applicant pool
If we do not offer you a job, there is the possibility of including you in our applicant pool. In the event of acceptance, all documents and information from the application will be added to the applicant pool to contact you in the event of suitable vacancies.
Admission to the applicant pool takes place solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The consent is voluntary and is not related to the ongoing application process. The data subject may revoke their consent at any time. In this case, the data from the applicant pool will be deleted irrevocably, unless there are statutory reasons for retention.
The data from the applicant pool will be deleted irrevocably no later than two years after consent is granted.

Data processing by social networks
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The social networks we use in detail can be found below.
Social networks such as Facebook, X etc. can generally comprehensively analyze your user behavior when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners). By visiting our social media presences, numerous data protection-relevant processing operations are triggered. In detail:
If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal may assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data collection is carried out, for example, through cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address.
With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles that store your preferences and interests. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed within and outside the respective social media presence. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are logged in or have been logged in.
Please also note that we cannot fully understand all the processing processes on the social media platforms. Depending on the provider, additional processing may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media platforms. For details, please refer to the terms of use and privacy policies of the respective social media platforms.
Legal basis
Our social media activities are intended to ensure the broadest possible presence on the internet. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Responsible and Exercise of Rights
If you visit one of our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), we, together with the operator of the social media platform, are responsible for the data processing processes triggered by this visit. You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint) in principle against both us and the operator of the respective social media platform (e.g., against Facebook).
Please note that despite our shared responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full control over the data processing procedures of the social media portals. Our capabilities are largely determined by the Unternehmenpolicies of the respective provider.
Storage duration
The data directly collected by us through our social media presence is deleted by our systems as soon as you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Compulsory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the storage duration of your data, which is stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. in their privacy policy, see below).
Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to object, to data portability and to a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. Furthermore, you may request the rectification, blocking, deletion and, under certain circumstances, the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

10. Whistleblower system
Information obligations under Art. 13 of the EU GDPR
Who is responsible for data processing?
The responsible party for the purposes of data protection law is:
BEUTTER Präzisions-Komponenten GmbH & Co. KG
Butzensteigleweg 4-6
72348 Rosenfeld
Tel.: +49 (0) 7428 933-0
Email: office@beutter.de
Contact details of the Data Protection Officer:

What data do we process from you?
As part of the whistleblower system, the following data are processed: information about the person accused (in particular name, first name, title, contact details, position and information about employment), information about the (alleged) misconduct and the relevant facts. Since the reporting procedure stipulates that reports can be made anonymously, no personal data about the whistleblower will be collected unless they themselves state otherwise. Otherwise, personal data such as the name of the reporting person, their contact details and, if applicable, the circumstances of their observation may be considered.
For what purposes is the data processing carried out?
The purpose of data processing within the whistleblower system is to receive and investigate serious suspected cases of regulatory violations, particularly criminal acts in the field of economic crime and corruption.
On what legal basis is the data processing based?
Personal data of the whistleblower is usually processed only with his or her consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). In other cases, the processing of personal data in the whistleblower system is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard the controller’s overriding legitimate interest in preventing and combating corruption, as well as in processing serious suspected cases of other violations and protecting the controller and its employees from potential damage resulting from them. Since reporting violations helps to avoid legal consequences such as prosecution, claims for damages, and immense reputational damage, the legitimate interests of the data subjects in the exclusion of processing or use do not outweigh them.
How long are the data stored for?
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to clarify and finalise the report. Upon completion of the investigations, the personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements. In the event of the initiation of judicial and/or disciplinary proceedings, retention may be permitted until the conclusion of the proceedings or the expiry of legal appeals deadlines. Personal data related to reports submitted without justification will be deleted immediately.
To which recipients will the data be disclosed?
The responsible party generally ensures that personal data is accessible only to a limited number of authorized persons who need to know this data for the purposes of providing the aforementioned processing.
If it should be necessary to clarify the facts, personal data may be forwarded to individual, carefully selected persons or to an (also external) ombudsman of the controller to the extent necessary. Any person who receives access to the data is obliged to maintain confidentiality.
Your personal data will not be disclosed or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for law enforcement purposes. If statutory provisions or orders from state authorities so require, personal data may be disclosed to them.
Where are the data processed?
Your personal data is processed by us exclusively in data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The controller implements technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data managed through the whistleblower system from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, manipulation, loss, and destruction during its collection, processing, and use. The service providers employed by the controller are equally obligated to do the same.
Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you. The identity of the whistleblower is generally excluded from this right of access. If the exercise of this right jeopardizes the clarification of the facts or the securing of necessary evidence, the controller is permitted to comply with the law at a later date. You also have the right, subject to the legal requirements, to have inaccurate data corrected, modified, blocked, or deleted. Furthermore, you are entitled at any time to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. Inquiries regarding the exercise of data subject rights pursuant to Articles 15–21 of the GDPR can be made to one of the responsible parties.
Where can you complain?
You have the option to file a complaint with the aforementioned data protection officer or with a data protection supervisory authority. The data protection supervisory authority responsible for us is:
The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart

What data do we process from you? And for what purposes?
If we have received data from you, we will generally process it only for the purposes for which we received or collected it.
Data processing for other purposes is only considered if the legal requirements required in this regard in accordance with Art. 6(4) GDPR are present. Any information obligations under Art. 13(3) GDPR and Art. 14(4) GDPR will of course be observed by us in that case.
On what legal basis is the data processing based?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is, in principle – unless there are specific legal regulations – Article 6 GDPR. In this case, the following possibilities are particularly relevant:
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Data processing for the fulfillment of contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Data processing based on a balancing of interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Data processing to fulfill a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
If personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time with effect for the future towards us.
If we process data based on a balancing of interests, you, as the data subject, have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, subject to the requirements of Article 21 of the GDPR.
How long are the data stored for?
We process the data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose.
To the extent that statutory retention obligations exist – e.g., in commercial or tax law – the relevant personal data will be stored for the duration of the retention obligation. Upon the expiration of the retention obligation, it will be reviewed whether there is any further necessity for the processing. If no longer necessary, the data will be deleted.
In principle, at the end of a calendar year, we conduct a review of data with a view to the requirement for further processing. Due to the volume of data, this review is carried out with regard to specific data types or purposes of processing.
Of course, you can request information at any time (see below) about the data stored about you by us, and in the event of a non-existent need, request the deletion of the data or the restriction of its processing.
To which recipients will the data be disclosed?
The disclosure of your personal data to third parties generally only takes place if this is necessary for the execution of the contract with you; the disclosure based on a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR is permissible, we are legally obliged to disclose it, or you have given your consent in this regard.
Where are the data processed?
Your personal data is processed by us exclusively in data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to request information about the personal data processed by us about you.
In case of a request for information that is not provided in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you are claiming to be.
Furthermore, you have the right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing, insofar as this is legally permitted for you.
Furthermore, you have a right of objection to processing in accordance with legal requirements. A right to data portability also exists under data protection law.
In particular, you have a right of objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) and (2) of the GDPR against the processing of your data in connection with direct marketing, if this is carried out based on a balancing of interests.
