Your tasks
- Operating CNC-controlled and conventional grinding machines (cylindrical, surface, centreless grinding and honing machines)
- Manufacture of high-precision components according to drawing and work instruction
- Working on a two-shift system
- Measuring and inspecting components according to the inspection plan using standard measuring equipment
- Documentation of test results in accordance with quality specifications
- Ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy and process reliability
- Proper handling of machinery, tools and equipment
What you bring to the table
- Several years of relevant professional experience in metalworking, ideally in the field of grinding
- Experience in the precision machining of high-precision components, preferably in small-batch production
- Safe handling of measuring and test equipment
- Basic PC skills (e.g. MS Office) an advantage
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working
- Strong team player skills
- High willingness to learn, resilience and flexibility in an industrial manufacturing environment
