Your tasks
- Independent setup and operation of manual lathes such as Weisser, Junior, Boley, Leinen and Weiler
- Documentation of setup plans
- Autonomous maintenance of the lathes
- Optimisation of existing processes and tools
- Inspection planning, analysis and evaluation of measurement results with an interface to complaint management
- Compliance with safety standards and operating regulations
- Documentation of workflows and results
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d) or comparable
- Sound knowledge and experience in operating manual lathes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High willingness to learn as well as resilience and flexibility
- High level of personal initiative, combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
- Very good command of German (at least B2 level)
