Your tasks
- Pre-setting, measurement and provision of machining tools (turning, milling, drilling tools) using modern pre-setting devices
- Maintenance and management of tool and measurement data
- Quality control, maintenance and proper cleaning of the tools
- Organization and provision of the necessary tools, clamping devices and operating materials for CNC manufacturing
- Support in optimizing tool strategies and assembly processes
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and 6S within the scope of responsibility
- Close cooperation with Production planning, quality assurance and machine operators
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable vocational training
- Experience in handling tool setting devices and machining tools
- Structured, precise and quality-conscious working style
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High willingness to learn as well as resilience and flexibility
- Ability to work shifts (2-shift work)
- Good German skills (minimum B2 level)
