Over 80 participants took advantage of the offer of our Health Day with AOK Baden-Württemberg.
Our first health day in collaboration with the AOK Baden-Württemberg was a complete success: More than 80 participants came to the foyer at our location in Rosenfeld to learn about and try out the various stations.
Four topics were at the heart of the event: stress, nutrition, exercise, and living longer healthily. Experts from the AOK provided practical tips at each station that could easily be incorporated into everyday life. Those who wished to could also take a stress test to get an idea of their own level of stress.
Company from the neighborhood were also invited, whose employees were also able to use the stations. Snacks and drinks were provided for the physical well-being.
To ensure that the impulses don’t only last for one day, all participants received a personal health pass under the motto „Energy for the workday“. On the postcard, everyone can keep for themselves what they want to take away and try out from the individual stations. It is suitable for hanging on the workplace or at home as a daily reminder of one’s own goals.
