51 years! A whole working life at BEUTTER.
Today we bid farewell to Mr Schuck as he enters his well-earned retirement. For 51 years he has been part of this company, seen machines come and go, trained generations of colleagues and passed on his knowledge.
You can't hire that much experience; it only comes about over decades. And it continues to have an effect, in every action he has shown to someone.
Dear Mr Schuck, thank you very much for your loyalty, your dedication and for everything you have achieved for BEUTTER during this time. We wish you good health, time for the things that have fallen by the wayside, and many good years ahead.
And the door is open: Come and visit us. The coffee is ready.
A new addition to the #beutterbande
Two new faces with us.
As of today, Jonah Baccaro and Fabio Springmann are part of the #Beutterbande, our apprentice team.
Jonah is doing his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, and Fabio as an industrial clerk
Two job profiles that could hardly be more different, yet constantly work together here. Without production, there is nothing to buy (raw materials, consumables, etc.) or to sell (finished parts as individual components or assemblies); without the commercial side, no order comes in and no invoice reaches the end customer.
We look forward to spending time together and wish you a good start. Asking questions is expressly encouraged.
Get Together: How BEUTTER actively lives team spirit
Good relationships do not just happen by themselves. That is why, at BEUTTER, we consciously create space for them several times a year.
Under the „Get Together“ format, we meet away from our daily work routine – whether for an escape room, bowling or an internal darts tournament. It's not about the event itself, but about what remains afterwards: better communication, a stronger sense of togetherness, and a team that sticks together even when things get demanding in the daily work routine.
We've had this format for a long time. The reason we are now showing it to the outside world is this: anyone who works at BEUTTER should know what they are letting themselves in for.
New corporate design: Facade and drone footage show a modern plant
Rosenfeld is getting a new look – at least as far as BEUTTER is concerned.
Our company building has been modernised and fitted with a new facade covering. What might sound like a cosmetic measure at first glance is a visible statement for us: we are a company that invests in the future – in technology, in people and in our location.
New drone footage provides a comprehensive look at the plant in Rosenfeld for the first time: the production halls, the extensive photovoltaic system on the roof and the surrounding area in the middle of Baden-Württemberg.
Rosenfeld has been our home since 1909. That was true back then. That is true today. And that is how it should remain.
Minister for Economic Affairs Dr Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut visits BEUTTER
We are delighted to welcome a special visitor: Member of the State Parliament and Minister for Economic Affairs Dr Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut toured our plant in Rosenfeld. She was accompanied by Mayor Thomas Miller.
During a tour of the production facilities and a subsequent discussion with our management team, the Minister gained insights into our manufacturing operations and BEUTTER's strategic direction. The main focus was on topics such as digitalisation, sustainable production and securing skilled labour.
Dr Hoffmeister-Kraut was impressed: „It is impressive to see how precision, quality and a spirit of innovation have been lived here in Rosenfeld for over 100 years. Companies like BEUTTER are the backbone of our economy.“
We welcome the dialogue and the interest in our site. As a company with a history of over 115 years and 160 employees, we see ourselves as an integral part of the industrial community in Baden-Württemberg.
