Die konkrete Einstufung erfolgt auf Basis objektiver Kriterien, insbesondere Berufserfahrung, Verantwortungsumfang, Fachkenntnissen und relevanten Zusatzqualifikationen.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Setting up, tooling and operating 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres
- Programming of CNC machines for complex milling operations
- Carrying out quality control checks during the processing stage
- Optimisation of processing workflows to increase efficiency and quality
- Ensuring the correct setup and execution of milling work
- Programming of CNC machines in accordance with requirements and specifications
- Continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Compliance with safety standards and operating regulations
Das bringen Sie mit
- Successfully completed vocational training in CNC milling or a comparable vocational qualification
- Experience in setting up and operating Hermle machining centres
- Knowledge of CNC machine programming, ideally with Heidenhain / Fanuc controls
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Precise and detail-oriented working
- High willingness to learn as well as resilience and flexibility
- High level of personal initiative, combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
