Das Jahreszielgehalt für diese Position liegt – abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung – zwischen 14.800 EUR und 32.000 EUR brutto.

Die konkrete Einstufung erfolgt auf Basis objektiver Kriterien, insbesondere Berufserfahrung, Verantwortungsumfang, Fachkenntnissen und relevanten Zusatzqualifikationen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Careful deburring and finishing of precision components
- Safe and clean removal of burrs, swarf and unevenness
- Use of various tools and methods such as manual deburring tools, micro-grinding devices, brushes, blasting or barrel finishing
- Creating delicate waves
- Precise visual and metrological inspection (e.g. roughness, dimensions, edges)
- Reliable documentation of the work results
- Close liaison with manufacturing and quality assurance
- Setup and operation of simple machines (e.g. pillar drill, polishing block)
- Care and maintenance of tools and work equipment (including resharpening)
Das bringen Sie mit
- Completed technical or trade vocational training or sound practical experience
- Ideally, experience in deburring, grinding or surface treatment
- High fine motor skills, patience, and good eyesight (microscope work)
- Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Experience in handling measuring equipment is an advantage
- Precise, conscientious and team-oriented approach to work
