Ihre Aufgaben

• You process the invoicing independently – from the outgoing invoice and shipping documents to the preparation of the inspection certificates.
• You check invoices in consideration of national and international regulations and process credit notes and invoice corrections.
• You handle customs-related processes independently.
• You create and control subcontracting orders.
• You clarify complex issues in close consultation with sales, purchasing, quality assurance and accounting.
• You lead the shipping department staff in both a professional and disciplinary capacity, plan staff deployment and further develop the team structure.
• You ensure efficient interfaces between logistics, production and commercial departments.
• You coordinate collaboration with national and international courier and parcel service providers, manage external transport processes, and ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch processing.
• Looking ahead, you will take over the entire supply chain from goods receipt to goods issue – including the further development of the shipping organisation and the structural merging of goods receipt and dispatch.

Das bringen Sie mit

• Successfully completed commercial or logistical vocational training, ideally with further education (e.g., business economist, master craftsman or comparable qualification)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in shipping, logistics, invoicing and customs clearance, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Demonstrated experience in functional or disciplinary leadership
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably ABAS) as well as a confident handling of MS Office
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and independent approach to work
• High level of responsibility, strong decision-making skills and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
